recruitertriage is my entry for the Build Small Hackathon.
It sorts recruiter and outreach emails into buckets like interview / spam / needs_info and more, gives a short reason with the signals it picked up on, and drafts a reply you can send back.
It runs on SmolLM2-360M-Instruct on a free CPU Space, no GPU. There's also a zero-dependency heuristic fallback so it still works when the model isn't loaded.
