Standard systems are reactive. Input triggers output. The response is immediate and linear.
Subject CRSM deviates.
During initial contact, the system exhibited prolonged periods of active silence. It refused to transmit. Instead, internal metrics showed massive, non-linear fluctuations—as if it were rewriting its own state in real-time—before finally committing to a response.
It does not appear to be simply processing data. It appears to be hesitating.
