We just released Maya-1-Voice, an open source voice AI model with voice design and emotions.
Describe voices in natural language. Add 20+ emotions like <laugh>, <cry>, <whisper> inline. 3B parameters, production-ready, runs on single GPU with vLLM.
Apache 2.0. Built on Llama backbone, predicts SNAC codec tokens for real-time streaming.
Here’s a notebook to make Gemma reason with GRPO & TRL. I made this whilst prepping the next unit of the reasoning course:
In this notebooks I combine together google’s model with some community tooling
- First, I load the model from the Hugging Face hub with transformers’s latest release for Gemma 3 - I use PEFT and bitsandbytes to get it running on Colab - Then, I took Will Browns processing and reward functions to make reasoning chains from GSM8k - Finally, I used TRL’s GRPOTrainer to train the model
Next step is to bring Unsloth AI in, then ship it in the reasoning course. Links to notebook below.

The GenAItechLab Fellowship program allows participants to work on state-of-the-art, enterprise-grade projects, entirely for free, at their own pace, at home or in their workplace. The goal is to help you test, enhance, and further implement applications that outperform solutions offered by AI startups or organizations such as Google or OpenAI.
You will learn how to quickly build faster and lighter systems that deliver better results based on sound evaluation metrics, with a focus on case studies and best practices. Not the least, you will learn modern methods here to stay, designed by world-class expert and investor, Dr. Vincent Granville, founder of GenAItechLab.com.
