License Agreement Details

Terms of Use

This voicebank and RVC2 model are provided "as is" and are free to use under the following conditions. Mero Takeka's voice data was recorded by a minor in 2012. By downloading or using this voicebank/model, you agree to abide by all the terms listed below under the DUVL 1.0.

1. General Usage Rights

• You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use this voicebank/model for personal, non-commercial purposes.
• Non-profit commercial usage for personal album projects, fan-created albums, fan merchandise, and other fan projects is permitted.
• Any other form of commercial use is strictly prohibited without explicit, written permission from the manager (アネモネ).

2. Content Usage

• R-18/NSFW Restriction: The use of any Mero Takeka voicebank or voice model in R-18, adult, pornographic, or highly suggestive materials and projects is strictly prohibited. This is a non-negotiable term due to the age of the voice provider at the time of recording.
• You may not use this voicebank for any content that is illegal, defamatory, or promotes hate speech, violence, or discrimination.
• Any attempt to use this model to harass, bully, or maliciously impersonate individuals is forbidden.

3. Engine Conversion

• The import, conversion, or training of any voicebank or voice model to other legal vocal synthesis or NNS-based engines that require manual input (e.g., COEIROINK, TalQu) is permitted.
• Conversion to commercial or private engines without express permission from the manager is not permitted.
• The distribution of any resulting converted voicebank or model is strictly prohibited without explicit, written permission from the manager.

4. Modification and Derivatives

• The modification of this voicebank's core audio files (.wav, etc.) is prohibited, except for necessary adjustments required for software compatibility.
• The creation of derivative voicebanks or characters is permitted, but you must receive approval from the manager before any public demonstration or redistribution.
• The training of new vocal synthesis or AI technology for the explicit purpose of "vocal cloning" using Mero's data is strictly prohibited.
• While this specific RVC2 model is provided for use, the training of further derivative AI models using the output of this model is forbidden.

5. Redistribution

• The redistribution of this voicebank or RVC2 model files, in whole or in part, is strictly forbidden. Please direct others to the official download links provided by the manager.

6. Credit

• Proper credit must be given in all works created using this voicebank/model.
• Please credit the Manager/Developer: アネモネ (Anemone) and the Voice Provider: ♮ (Natural).
