This PR:

• Adds the object-detection pipeline tag.
• Adds the apache-2.0 license.
• Includes links to the official paper, project page, and GitHub repository.
• Provides a model description and performance metrics.
• Adds installation and usage instructions based on the repository's README.
• Adds citation information.
