Hi! I'm Niels, part of the community science team at Hugging Face.

This PR improves the model card for GoLongRL-4B by:

Adding the text-generation pipeline tag to enable the hosted inference API and improve search.
Specifying transformers as the library_name based on the architecture in config.json.
Adding relevant tags for discovery (long-context, rlvr, etc.).
Providing a direct link to the official GitHub repository.
Linking to the Hugging Face collection for the project.
