English only?

Is it really English only? Or it has some hidden languages as base model?
English only is stable one , other languages works but unstable not finetune with multilingual datasets but base model suports it , for stable output it's better to retrain on multilingual datasets.
And if you teach, say, 24 hours of Russian speech to one speaker, can you make it a separate model without English?
