Overview

This repository hosts pretrained model weights for the TIAToolbox, a versatile toolbox for computational pathology. Each model in this repository provides its pretrained PyTorch .pth weights file. These can be downloaded and used directly with TIAToolbox or adapted to your own pipelines. The pretrained weights and code are provided under the same license as the dataset they are trained on. See the TIAToolbox Documentations for more details on usage and licensing.
