Where to find the converted Omni NFT lora

noticed in your likeness guide workflow you had the Omni NFT LORA with the word converted on it.
the only one I could find was in the repository where its name is Adapter something and I'm guessing the converted part means that yours is modified somehow.
Where can I find the one mentioned in your workflow please?
