Pretrained weights for DexiNed (Dense Extreme Inception Network for Edge Detection), used by kornia.models.DexiNed.

DexiNed is a fully convolutional network with Inception-inspired blocks that predicts multi-scale edge maps without pre-training or post-processing. Trained on BIPED. WACV 2020.
