Ran it locally, with the environment，diffusers==0.26.3 + CUDA 12.1. The weights are in the link I posted just click in and you can get them
may you upload them or share a huggingface download link as the link you share is only a chatbot link of Hunyuan and not actual models.
Possible to run this in 8GB VRAM + 48GB RAM?
