Add Causilo logo to model card

Display the supplied Causilo logo below the model-card title and store the original PNG in assets/causilo-logo.png. Existing model-card text, metadata, licenses, and model weights remain unchanged. Verified the image matches the supplied file and the only model-card change is the image reference.
