I checked your account billing @Hyperhuber , there's no $100 charge, you're probably mistaken with our billing thresholds when using our compute services (Spaces or Endpoints - see associated doc at https://huggingface.co/docs/hub/billing#billing-thresholds--invoicing)

As explained in my previous posts, existing users had their storage "grandfathered" as part of the transition to the new system. It means your already existing private storage usage is included in your new quota; you will not be billed for it and you will still be able to access any private repos you had before the new system.
