Apply for community grant: Personal project
I am a student at NYU, currently pursuing my master's degree in Data Science. I'm excited to share my open-sourced project called CheckGPT with you. CheckGPT is a powerful text analysis tool that utilizes AI to predict the content generated by AI models. It accomplishes this by evaluating the perplexity and burstiness scores of GPT models, providing valuable insights for investigating text authenticity.
While I have made significant progress with CheckGPT, I'm facing performance issues due to the resource limitations of the free tier on Hugging Face. Consequently, the tool runs extremely slow, hindering its effectiveness. To overcome this challenge and improve the overall performance of my project, I kindly request a free community GPU grant.
By availing a GPU grant, I can harness the power of parallel computing and significantly enhance the processing speed of CheckGPT. This improvement would not only benefit my research but also enable me to deliver more accurate and efficient results to users.
