Improve model card: Add intro and fix GitHub link

This PR improves the model card for the AutoNeural-VL-1.5B model by:
- Adding a concise introductory sentence at the top to provide immediate context.
- Correcting the GitHub repository link from an "edit" URL to the root of the
NexaAI/nexa-sdkrepository.
The pipeline_tag and license metadata are kept as they are already accurate and complete. No library_name is added as the model's usage is specific to the Nexa-SDK and not a standard Hugging Face library.
