TicketIQ-MultiTask

TicketIQ is a multi-task NLP model for automated customer support ticket triage.

A single RoBERTa encoder fine-tuned with LoRA predicts:

  • Ticket Category
  • Ticket Priority
  • Customer Sentiment

All predictions are produced in a single forward pass.
